Building Management


The Management Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except national holidays.  The management office telephone number is 703-548-9388.  For afterhours emergencies, please call 1-800-558-8706 and state the building address and the nature of your emergency.

Hours of Operation
Carlyle Center will be open for normal business operations from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, except national holidays.  Air conditioning, heating systems and elevator service will be available during those times or as specified in your Lease.  For information on how to access the Building after hours and on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, please see the After Hours Access section of the Building Procedures.
Property Management Staff
 
  • Jim Moore is the Vice President of Facilities for Carlyle Center.  He is responsible for managing building operations, engineering services and building improvement projects to the property.
  • M. Colleen Mont is the General Manager for Asset Management.  She is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to the Tenants of Carlyle Center on a daily basis.
  • Amy Zheng is the Property Manager for Carlyle Center and is available to assist the Sr. Property Manager with daily operations and to respond to tenant inquiries regarding charges, payments or services provided.
  • Alan Jackson is the Chief Engineer for Carlyle Center and is responsible for directing the operations and maintenance of the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems within the building and coordinates the activities of the engineering staff and repair and maintenance contractors.
  • James Howard is the Lead Engineer for Carlyle Center and is responsible for the daily operations and maintenace of the building including facilitating service requests.
  • Lionel Chase is the Building Engineer assisting in the daily operations and maintenance of the building including facilitating service requests.
  • The Day Porter for Carlyle Center will be responsible for cleaning common areas during the business day and re-stocking restrooms.  The day porter will also handle limited special cleaning requests that arise during the day as well as minor maintenance items.  The contract services are provided by UGL Services - Unicco Operations.
  • The UGL Services Account Manager is responsibile for ensuring the satisfactory performance of the janitorial crew.  The Account Manager will visit each office periodically to perform an inspection and meet with each tenant to ensure his or her satisfaction.
